40 Gallons to Donate

So last month I made it a goal to fill up this 40 Gallon tote with things I could donate! I was not sure I could do it...but I did!! I filled it as full as I could and still be able to carry upstairs and lift into my Tahoe! I have 5' 1" and very small, so I did not want to over fill it and have to wait for hubby to help me take it to the donation center! Most everything I put in this bucket was clothing!

You might be wondering why anyone would have such a large Rubbermaid tote...Well I had this and about 8 more the same size sitting down stairs full of stuff to list on eBay. I was so happy when I got this one empty and I did not need it, so I figured I would fill it up with stuff to take to the donation center. Most of this stuff I could have sold on the Facebook page, but I just did not feel like spending the time listing it for a couple $. So I will donate it, and get a tax form instead! I really want to focus on clearing out the clutter and listing higher priced items on eBay instead of smaller items that do not bring in as much profit! It feels good to get rid of all this stuff that was just sitting around collecting dust! I just wish it looked like I got rid of more! I try to find a few things every month to take the donation center and this was what I got together for April! What will you be taking to the donation center this month?
