DIY Car Trash Can

With all the holiday planning and running around, you might find that your car is left on the back burner when in the cleaning department. You might be stopping to grab a quick bite to eat, or wrap some last miniute gifts in the trunk, or maybe your kids are eating endless amounts of candy canes in the back seat! That could mean that things are not making their way to the trash as often as they should because of all this hustle and bustle of Christmas! Well here is a simple DIY project you could do this weekend, that will help keep your car clean! I took a plastic coffee container that was no longer needed and painted it with some paint (sample sized container from Lowes). Let it dry, cut an X in the lid, add a bag and call it your "Car Trash Can"! Super cute right? I am very happy to have this, because I often find candy wrappers, and soda containers left in my car, and this is so much easier to just pop the lid off and take the whole bag to the dumpster when its full.
